Privacy policy

Effective September 29, 2026

Koja counts the sleeps until a day you are waiting for. This page explains what Koja stores and how it is used.

What we store

You sign in with a Woodada account (using Google). When you sign in we store the account name, email and account ID, plus the days you add to your account (name, date, the day you added it). Without signing in, nothing is stored. A share link carries the name and date inside the address only; it is not kept on a server.

How it is used

Only to keep you signed in and show the same days on any device. There are no ads or tracking scripts. To see which pages get read, we count visits without cookies. IP addresses and browser details are not stored; visits are counted with an anonymous value that changes every day, so the same person is not recognised from one day to the next.

Retention and deletion

You can delete any day at any time. Deleting your account on the account page removes the account and all of its days immediately. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days.

Services we rely on

You sign in with a Woodada account (using Google). Google's policy also applies to signing in with Google.
